Temporary Residence Permit

A Single Permit combines your right to work and right to reside in Slovakia into one document. A Temporary Residence Permit covers residency only — if you also want to work, your employer must separately apply for a work authorisation, or you apply for a Single Permit instead. For most non-EU workers, the Single Permit is the more efficient route.
